Designed as an installation in the Picasso: The Great War, Experimentation and Change exhibit at the Barnes Foundation (Philadelphia, PA), Cubism Under Attack was a multi-layered jaunt through art history, exploring the social impact of the cubism movement, and interestingly how it’s iconic style was politicized during the heated conflict of World War I.
