Client: Penn Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology

Contracted by the Penn Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology we developed an immersive virtual reality experience to help patients and caregivers relax and de-stress in the radiation oncology waiting area. An intricately designed realistic world was built around a guided meditation to channel away anxiety and discomfort and bring a sense of well being to both body and mind.

The project was deployed as a fully loaded, packaged up Oculus Rift system, ready to go right out of the box, installed in the waiting room along with curated furnishings and signage.
